I have started using the goals and scoping tools and find them both to be excellent additions to your software.

The goals tool helps me to more efficiently and accurately capture goals and include them in my advice documents.

I find the scoping tool to be awesome. It has made me better appreciate my responsibilities in this area and to more clearly explain what is scoped in and out of the advice being provided.
