I wanted to share some feedback and positive experiences with our continued use of AstuteWheel software within our client onboarding and review process.

We have been using AstuteWheel since last year. The convenience of the electronic ‘reverse fact find’, the 5 minute health check and other tools have received some very positive feedback from clients. The projection tools and reports we can generate have also received great praise from our staff and clients.

What has been great is that since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have been able to sail through with a virtual meeting process that is largely unaffected.

The ability to share our screen and run live scenarios, give instant projection outcomes and run different scenarios has been extremely efficient and reassuring for our clients.

For those that were concerned about asset prices and portfolios being impacted, we were able to quickly reassure them with various scenarios and projections that easily and clearly demonstrated how our strategies would ensure they were still able to meet their short, medium and long-term goals.

And similarly, where those goals were impacted, we were able to quickly run some alternatives to make recommendations to remedy the impact.

The simple generation of thorough file notes supported by facts, figures and calculations, along with the necessary client verbatim and planner commentary is a game-changer for us and how we record our meetings. The ‘win win’ situation for both clients and planners alike has meant we have already passed on fee reductions this year to clients for the significant time savings we have achieved.

In a time of significant upheaval and uncertainty, AstuteWheel has been a major positive and confidence boost for our clients when they need our help and reassurance most.
