I have been using the Astute Wheel for almost 2 years now and find it a fantastic tool to use with all my clients, even the more elderly ones.

It is a great way to demonstrate the different key areas that we are able to provide advice on, including Estate Planning, and it’s interactive capabilities have increased client engagement in my ongoing service offering.

The easy creation of detailed file notes using this software is a huge benefit in this compliance-driven world of financial advice we find ourselves in and the easy to follow questionnaires make the initial Mini Fact Find and, more importantly, review documents much easier to complete.

I now send out these questionnaires to clients and will not book the face-to-face meeting until they have been completed by them.

Most importantly, it a great time saving tool, with the clients and the software doing a lot of the heavy lifting for advisers.
