Staged roll out of AstuteWheel Version 4.0 begins in November 2022

We’re very excited to announce that Beta testing on AstuteWheel  version 4.0 has begun and the staged roll out of version 4.0 will be launched in November 2022 with a series of User Forums around the country.

AW 4.0 is built on a completely new platform with a more modern look and feel, faster performance and much more functionality.

The first stage of the release is focused on improving our Client Engager package capabilities and includes:

• Business System – flexibility around setting assumptions, branding and colour schemes to match your business, separate user set ups for advisers, paraplanners and admin staff and determining your business preferences. Tailoring and templating your own documents so you can choose what data to show and the text you prefer.
• Client Information – your client data can be interrogated to better understand your business and identify opportunities, clients can be merged or split (if divorced) and archived once inactive. More client data will be captured including for companies, trusts and SMSF and you will have the ability to import and export data. Data integration capabilities will also be enhanced during 2023.
• Client Services – enhanced audit trail of data changes, activity history, improved file notes and scope of advice, tracking of ongoing service agreements and fee disclosure statements making compliance easier. CRM functionality will be enhanced over time.
• Client Portal – an interactive client portal allows for greater flexibility than our current client rooms, you choose the online questionnaires to be completed and in what order, automatic bank feeds, calendar integration for booking meetings, set tasks for your clients and load documents to a vault and enable electronic signatures.

The second stage release will involve a roll out of the calculators and reporting enhancements beginning with the Insurance Needs Analysis and Retirement/Cashflow calculators expected to be released in Jan/Feb 2023.

We have delayed the release of the calculators and increased data base functionality so that we can include a broader range of enhancements to our calculator and modelling tools.

The benefit of this is that we can expect improved calculator functionality and the release of customisable Retirement SOA/ROA and Review reports approximately one month after the calculators become available.

These documents will all be easily templated to your specific dealer group or practice specific requirements.
