No the system is totally web based and so you need to have access to the internet to use it.

Whilst you can use the system on a tablet, our user interface has been optimised for adviser to use on a laptop or on a screen in a meeting room. Aside from screen size, tablets also have limitations in using CSV files, xml files and creating documents.

Yes. There is a 12 month minimum subscription period as your on-boarding process is provided at our cost. You can cancel your core platform subscription, or any add-on products, with 90 days notice once your initial 12 month subscription has been used.

Yes. We encourage you to save your information as you prepare for and progress through the client meeting.

No – we licence individual users and the client-facing pages clearly identify that user, any misuse of the licence could lead to the suspension of your licence and or legal action.
